I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I was overly excited and rushed through the ordering process and ordered the Mag version with free customized glass cover instead of PSA display case. When I reached out to ask if I can return it and pay the difference for the customized logo on glass cover to recoup some the cost of my mistake and learned that they can’t accept returns or give refund once a customized logo is put on. I was under the impression that they manufactured these themselves but they don’t. They get the display with the glass as a set so guess that’s understandable. Just bummed out about it but it was my mistake. But the product itself is great. I read a review stating it was a bad quality product which I have to disagree with….its a great quality display…lightweight and the magnetic UV resistant glass is a nice touch. I just now have to find a way to recoup some funds to order the right display.
I love how light and slick these frames are. I can't wait to get some more and fill my wall with my prize cards.
So far I'm extremely impressed with everything I've ordered from Vaulted. Keep it up. The only problem is finding cards and/or Funko that are worthy of such a display. And figuring out how to fill your walls end-to-end of course. Still working on strategy for the card displays (just have customs in there now). It would be awesome to see a display that fit the Ultra Pro UV Mini Snap Card Holders. Maybe even one with a wider frame to match the size of the Funko displays / support more cards... Also, an affiliate program so I can send you some more business.
I love the idea of being able to mount my cards on a wall and easily change which cards are displayed, all while having ideal UV protection for cards so they aren't damaged by any sunlight. This item is priced as a premium quality product, unfortunately I was not satisfied by quality of both the displays and panels. I have a bubble on one of my panels and noticed small scratches on the panels as well (hard to capture this in pictures). On one of my displays there are noticeable scratches seen, again pointing to the overall quality of the items. With the price paid for these displays, I expected high quality throughout, but did not experience this for the items I was shipped.
