Vaulted ID Terms & Conditions

1. Personalized Vaulted ID Items are Final Sale

  • Personalized VaultedID products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Personalized orders cannot be edited or amended once placed. Please double-check all information (e.g., names, dates, logos, and other details) on your order prior to submission to ensure accuracy.

2. Content Restrictions

By purchasing and personalizing a VaultedID product, you agree that the text, logos, or other customizations added to your product:

  • Must not be unlawful, obscene, racist, vulgar, or contain any other objectionable language or imagery.
  • Vaulted reserves the right to cancel any personalized order if we feel it does not comply with these terms, without notice or liability.

4. Trademark and Copyright

  • By submitting a logo, text, or design for personalization, you represent and warrant that you either own the intellectual property rights to the content or have obtained the necessary permissions or licenses to use it for this purpose. Vaulted assumes no responsibility for verifying the legal use of any submitted content.

  • In the event of any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property disputes arising from the use of the content you provide, all liability, including any legal costs, damages, or claims, will rest solely with the customer. Vaulted reserves the right to refuse any orders that appear to violate intellectual property laws.

5. Production Times and Shipping

  • Once a personalized order is placed, it is sent into production and typically takes 10 business days for processing.
  • Shipping timelines will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays or busy periods.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify Vaulted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit for damaged or defective products, provided sufficient evidence (photos) is provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order to check if cancellation is still possible. Once the production process starts, cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Customer Agreement

By submitting an order for VaultedID, you agree to the following:

  • You have reviewed and confirmed all details of your order.
  • Any errors in spelling, grammar, or design caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Vaulted is not responsible for replacing products if the error is due to incorrect submission by the customer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iowa.
