Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused or in like-new condition, with all original packaging and components included.
Personalized products (VaultedID) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@vaultedcollection.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Vaulted reserves the right to deny any return that shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. For assistance with an exchange, email support@vaultedcollection.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
