Yes! International shipping, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my item(s)/ get a refund?
Yes, you will be able to return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your items and inspect them, you will receive an exchange or refund (minus return shipping costs). If the product is damaged when it arrives to you, we will cover the return shipping.

Does scratch resistant mean scratch free?
Our protectors are scratch resistant up to fingernail strength. However, we cannot guarantee 100% scratch free material. Some minor scratching may be present due to the manufacturing process. If you have any concerns, please reach out and we will make sure we take care of you.
What protector do you recommend that we use with our figures that we place in the Vault?
While we have designed our Vaults to fit Funko POP!® Stacks perfectly, you can also use soft protectors or no protectors at all! We recommend Funko POP!® Stacks for best fit.
What if I have issues with the product?
Though we conduct quality control inspections before the products leave the factory, we understand that issues can arise from time to time. Have no worries, we’ve got your back! Please reach out to customerservice@vaultedcollection.com explaining the issue and we will get to work to make it right.
