After reading rave reviews about this product, I purchased a couple during their most recent black friday sale. The cases are great for storing my PSA slabs with style. Unfortunately, both acrylic case covers arrived scratched straight out of the box. As you can see in the attached photos, one was scratched pretty badly. It could be a good idea for VAULTED to supply these with a peel-away film on both sides of the product; this would avoid unwanted scratches upon delivery, fingerprints, and additional complaints.
I'm happy with the overall product and showcasing my slabbed cards, but given the price (even discounted), the scratches are a real bummer and take away from the "up-market" appeal the product would otherwise bring. I'm unsure if you guys sell the acrylic faces on their own. But that could also be a beneficial product to offer your clients, as others have also experienced this issue.
If both cases had come out of their boxes scratch-free, I would have given a five-star review.

Very clean and really makes your cards pop!
Best display on the market. The glass top sets perfectly and showcases your slabs with an elegant touch. Even better — still lightweight enough to use command strips and no drill holes into your walls. Couldn’t be happier and if you’re thinking about going Vaulted — just do it; you won’t be disappointed!
